“A last minute visit to Aberdeen meant I needed a place for my 3 year old springer for a couple of nights. My dog does not get kennelled regularly so I was after something exceptional. Jeanette and Alan who run Coalford provide just that, exceptional personal care for your dog. Photos and updates were sent regularly and my dog was very well cared for. Their attention to detail was great and as they personally look after their guests they get to know the dogs quickly. When I went to collect Hetty she was in no rush to leave, a clear sign that she was happy and relaxed. I absolutely recommend this dog boarding hotel and will use them again without hesitation.” JG

“Would highly recommend Coalford! My boy milo has just came back from spending 10 days there and was well looked after! I was a bit nervous leaving him as he had previously been in kennels and neither us or milo liked that however Jeanette and Alan put our minds at ease and went above and beyond which reflected in our dog's calm and contented mood when he came home! My girl just got back today from a 4 day stay at Coalford Canine Retreat and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Nala loved it there and once she got over the excitement of seeing me she didn’t want to leave. From what I can see she had the best time ever there and Alan and Jeanette were so welcoming and made sure Nala was well looked after. I also got photo updates of how she was. Thank you so much.
